If you are using a private aircraft our team will deal with all the appropriate procedures and work with the private aircraft handling agent’s facility to ensure that your luggage is loaded on to the correct aircraft for your departure or into your luxury limousine in the case of arrivals. Our services are completely flexible, so if your aircraft is delayed coming into the country you can be certain that your chauffeur will be waiting for you. This also allows for any changes in your schedule or passenger arrangements.

When departing the country, flight check-in times are normally as follows:-International flights – check in 3 hours prior to departure.
European flights – check in 2 hours prior to departure.
Domestic flights – check in 1 hour prior to departure
Boarding normally begins 45 minutes prior to departure.When you arrive in the country, it will take as little as ten to fifteen minutes to leave the airport if you have a European passport and are only carrying hand luggage. If you do not have a European passport it will take between 45 and 60 minutes. However, if you do not have the necessary documents it could be in excess of two hours. Whatever the situation, please do not worry; your chauffeur will wait for you.

Our luxury chauffeur-driven limousines will handle transfers to and from all the major airports. In addition, our diplomatic transportation service covers transfers to and from all major docks, such as Dover, Harwich, Felixstowe, Liverpool, Southampton and Portsmouth.
